The purpose of my report is to offer you some details conserning futur Christmas party at the University and also to make recommendations for possible celebration.

Despite the fact that our department usually celebrate this holiday in disco-club with devirse entertaining programm,there are some problems.In the first place is that we have a lot of new students from EHU.That is why the quantity of desirouses is much higher in comparering with last years.Secondly,we need to change the place of celebration becouse of small area of disco-club.Futher more,the entertaining programm becomes moldy.And finally,we have o lot of problems with tickets and advertisement.

Thare are a number of changes that could be made in oder to make Christmas party unforgetable for everybody and to improve the situation on the hole.To begin with ,I think it would be a good idea to celebrate this party in obeum-hall.There are a lot of space not only to enjoy show-programm,but also to hold a dancing party.By doing this,we could bring our decorations,including a christmas-tree.Also,I would strongly recommend to make a carnival witn christmas costumes.In this way, we could diversify our entertaining programm and invite Santa Claus to our party.As a result, we will have different funny competitions and presents for winners.One solution would be prepare a good advertisement of Christmas party.I think, this would mean that every student can find any information futur cekebrations in any place of our department.Last, if hte direction of department book tickets in advance and spread them effectivly,it would mean that everybody would be able to get tickets and take part in celebrations.

To some up, while most of us are setisfied with the details and recomendations, I feel that the above improvements would make our party even better. If this suggestions were carried out,both teachers and students would have a great desire to visit this Christmas party, to take part in preparations and of course to have a good mood and pleasent memory about it.
