Subject: Suggested Improvements to Student’s canteen

The purpose of this report is to comment on the situation with the student’s canteen at our faculty and to make recommendations for possible improvements.

Actually, in our building there is no any canteen. The only thing we have is small table with no doubt unhealthy food: different cakes, chocolates and aerated drinks. Besides, there is no any place for students to eat this food nearby our canteen. One more problem is that our students don’t have time to fill up energy (I mean, to eat). All pauses are only 10 minutes long.

There are number of changes that could be made in order to improve the situation. There are a lot of free space on the ground floor of our building, and I would strongly suggest to organize a canteen on it. Second, it would be grateful, if our students had even one pause of 20-25 minutes. Satisfied student is more capable to study.

To sum up, while most of us are satisfied with the conditions, I feel that the above improvements would make things even better. If these suggestions were carried out, both teachers and students would have a more comfortable environment for studying and teaching.]
